BOAT TRIP ON SWAN RIVER

21/3/2015 – A Pleasant Day on the River

It was rather gloomy early in the morning when we set out.

We did however see a solitary dolphin fishing on the quiet.

Here is this guy who is building his own house boat.  He lives on it I believe and adds panels and windows as he is able.  It looks pretty cool actually.

The weather brightened up and we went to Blackwall Reach.

This is where the local teenagers hangout, jump in the water and have a good time.

  2. Great photos. Last time I went on the Swan River was in 1984 on a winery cruise!! The result was as I’m sure you can imagine!!
