A SECOND TRIP TO DWELLINGUP

10/10/2014-11/10/2014    Another Girl’s Weekend Away

We enjoyed our previous trip to Dwellingup so much that we decided to have another go at it.  Hopefully a few more women will be able to come this time.  Emma and Kate (teenage daughters of Linda and Christine) were able to join us also.

Having finally agreed that we would camp at Nanga Mill Townsite, we settled in and went for our first walk to Nanga Mill Town, alongside a creek which ran into the Murray River (WA) – yes, they copied South Australia and had to name a river after ours!!!  WalkToNangaMill4

Pretty scenery along the way, lots of flowers and ferny things.

Sorry, not sure what this is, will have to get on to that later.

Another walk to Nanga Mill Town with Wendy, Pam and Linda.  Linda turned up last night without the camping trailer! Well, someone told Christine it was OK to park up the drive, OOPS, and that’s where the trailer was!

WalkToNangaMill2

Picturesque little bridge and babbling brook.

And a tree with a cube cut out of it!!!

    • I slept in my cycling tent from many years ago, still in great condition, just a pity I had trouble remembering how to put it up!
